Mark began working in the mental health field in 2009 at Valley Behavioral Health as a school-based case manager. Working alongside mental health professionals, he gained valuable experience and insight into the operations of therapy practices and client care.

In 2015, Mark expanded his experience by working as a drug and alcohol counselor for Right Way Medical and Harbor House, where he continued developing his skills in behavioral health support and patient services.

In October 2025, Mark accepted the position of Office Manager for Preferred Counseling, bringing with him years of experience in both mental health services and administrative support.

In addition to his work in the mental health field, Mark is also an accomplished musician who performs with local acts as well as a nationally touring tribute band
