“Part of the human experience involves dealing with some amount of suffering. The world that we are apart of often sends us the message that we should do all that we can to avoid pain and ignore our feelings. I believe that the counseling process can be beneficial and that we can learn skills to become more flexible and be better equipped to address the difficult time in our lives.”
