For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping many people of all ages and backgrounds. I believe counseling is for everyone. Seeing people achieve their goals is a true joy. Providing a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental space for people to be heard and accepted is very important to me. I’m passionate about helping people heal through insight, understanding and growth. I have extensive training as a licensed marriage counselor. My motivation for couples in therapy is to improve communication, develop healthy conflict management, ignite passion and desire to create meaning, trust, and friendship within their relationships.
As a registered play therapist, I also specialize in treatment for children and their families. I focus on nurturing secure attachments and encouraging children towards health by speaking their language of play. Developing secure attachments is foundational for lifetime resiliency. Through family play therapy I strive to empower and equip caregivers with skills for improved parent child interactions, reinforcing secure attachments. Counseling can help restore balance in our lives and relationships. Having someone to talk with helps us heal and grow through our pain. If you’re interested in counseling but not sure where to start. Contact our office to discuss your needs. We are available to help find a counselor right for you. If you decide I’m the counselor to work with. I look forward to meeting you!
