Midday Session: Therapist Burnout & Self-Care

  • Learn common pitfalls of burnout
  • Core principles of self-care
  • Attendees will leave with a self-care plan

 

Afternoon Session: Ethical Practice in a Technical World (Interactive activities included)
Presented by: Cheryl Edwards, MS, LPC (ArBOEC Member)

  • Examine and explore strategies for common ethical challenges of counselors in a “cyber driven world”
  • Learn ethical technology requirements of counselors and clients
  • Identify apps for emotional support services that you can use with your client

  • Attendees will receive (6) board approved CEUs providing (3) newly required ethical / or (3) technology specialization requirements
